If you want to use Upward concessions earnings as your deposit, please put "0" in the "Amount to Pay Today" box. You can make your remaining payment at a later time.
We never want cost to keep students away from participating in summer camp. If you are in need of a scholarship, please complete the Scholarship Application.
Forms Required for Summer Camp:
Summer Camp Waiver is required for all participants, including adults.
FBC Forney Medication Administration Form (if medication will need to be given at camp)

If you have not already submitted our parental consent form for another event this year, please complete this form: Parental Consent Form. We only need this form completed once from August 2025-July 2026. For example, if your student attended Victory Weekend or a mission trip this year, you do not need to submit another form.
The Summer Camp Waiver is required for all participants, including adults. It will need to be notarized.
If your student will need medications while at summer camp, please complete the FBC Forney Medication Administration Form.

Chris Lovell!
Chris Lovell is the head coach of the men’s basketball team at East Texas Baptist University. He has been in ministry since 1996, and has led student ministries in Germantown Baptist Church in Tennessee and Prestonwood Baptist Church.
Meet Camp worship leader,
Landon Wolfe!
Landon Wolfe is an artist for Passion Conferences and a Worship Coordinator at Passion City Church in Atlanta. He is well know for his song with Passion, “The Lord Will Provide.” Landon also attended Dallas Baptist University!
